Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IPTLoVe application and website, iptlove.com (together, the "Service"), operated by IPTLoVe ("IPTLoVe", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you have the legal authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

The Service allows you to import and play your own IPTV sources — such as M3U playlist URLs or Xtream Codes credentials — obtained from third-party providers of your choosing. IPTLoVe is a technical tool for organizing and playing content you already have lawful access to; it is not a content provider.

Supported platforms currently include Android TV, with support for additional platforms such as Android, iOS, macOS, and others planned for the future.

The availability of features may vary depending on the platform, operating system version, and future updates.

By using the Service, you agree that:

• You will only import playlists, streams, or credentials that you have obtained lawfully and have the legal right to access and use.
• You are solely responsible for verifying that your IPTV provider and the content it offers comply with the copyright and broadcasting laws applicable in your country.
• You will not use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• You will keep any account credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You will provide accurate information when creating an account, if applicable.

IPTLoVe has no visibility into, and does not control, the legality of the third-party sources you choose to add to the app.

All third-party content accessed through playlists or credentials you add — including channels, movies, series, and any associated metadata streamed from your provider — remains the property of its respective owners and providers. IPTLoVe claims no ownership over, and no responsibility for, that content.

Any playlists, favorites, or settings you create within the app remain your own; you may export or delete them at any time, subject to the technical capabilities of the app.

The IPTLoVe application, website, name, logo, and all associated branding, design, and software are the property of IPTLoVe and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service as intended, these Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary content.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

IPTLoVe respects the intellectual property rights of others and does not host or control any streaming content. Because all content accessed through the app is provided by third-party sources selected by users, IPTLoVe is not in a position to remove content from those sources. We will cooperate with legitimate legal requests relating to the IPTLoVe application or website, where required by applicable law.

If you believe that content accessible through a third-party playlist or provider infringes your copyright, we recommend contacting the operator of that IPTV service directly, as they control the content in question. If you believe the IPTLoVe application or website itself (as opposed to third-party streams) infringes your rights, please contact us at contact@iptlove.com with sufficient detail for us to investigate.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to access, distribute, or promote content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our prior written consent.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account or device found to be engaged in abusive or illegal use.

Some future features of the Service may require users to create an account. At the time of writing, account creation may not yet be available on all platforms. Where available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may, at our discretion, suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, engages in illegal activity, or poses a security risk to the Service or other users.

IPTLoVe does not sell IPTV subscriptions, channels, or content of any kind. IPTLoVe may introduce optional Premium subscriptions in a future version of the application, unlocking additional features of the application itself, such as customization, sync, or convenience features.

Where available, purchases are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or a third-party payment processor on our website, and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. Pricing and availability of any paid features may change at any time; we will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every third-party IPTV provider, playlist format, or credential. We are not responsible for the availability, quality, legality, or content of any third-party IPTV source you choose to use.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IPTLoVe, its owners, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

In particular, IPTLoVe is not liable for any consequences arising from your use of third-party IPTV playlists, streams, or credentials, including any legal action taken against you as a result of accessing content through a source you have chosen to add.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in illegal or abusive use, or if we discontinue the Service.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, and Limitation of Liability) will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, technology, or legal requirements. We will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, provide additional notice within the app or on our website.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
