Privacy Policy

IPTLoVe ("IPTLoVe", "we", "us") provides a media player application for streaming devices and platforms, currently available on Android TV, with support for additional platforms planned. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our application and website (iptlove.com), how we use it, and the choices and rights you have.

By using IPTLoVe, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

We aim to collect only the minimum amount of personal information needed to operate the app and, where applicable, your account.

Account creation and cloud synchronization are not yet available in the current version of IPTLoVe. The information below describes what we collect today, as well as what we would collect if and when these features are introduced — we will update this Privacy Policy before they become available.

• Account information: if you create an account, we collect an email address and a password (stored in encrypted/hashed form). Depending on how you sign up, this may also include information provided by an authentication provider.
• Playlist and credential data: the M3U playlist URLs or Xtream Codes credentials you add to connect your own IPTV provider (see "User Playlists and Credentials" below).
• App preferences and settings: display settings, favorites, watch progress, and similar in-app preferences you configure.
• Technical information: device type, operating system version, and app version, collected automatically to keep the app working correctly across platforms.
• Support communications: information you provide when you contact us for support, such as your email address and the content of your message.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal data (such as health, biometric, or financial data) beyond what is strictly required to process a subscription payment, which is handled by the applicable app store or payment processor, not by us directly.

• To provide, operate, and maintain the core functionality of the app.
• To create and manage your account, if you choose to create one.
• To sync your playlists, favorites, and settings across your devices, where this feature is available.
• To respond to support requests and communicate with you about the service.
• To maintain the security, integrity, and proper functioning of the app and website.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your personal information to serve targeted third-party advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.

Currently, the playlist URLs and Xtream Codes credentials you enter are stored locally on your device, so that the app can connect to your provider and load your channels, on-demand content, or catalog. If cloud synchronization becomes available in a future version — allowing this data to be synchronized between your devices — this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly before that feature is deployed.

We treat your playlists and credentials as private data. We do not access, view, monitor, share, or use the streams or content you access through them, other than as strictly necessary to technically load and display them within the app at your request.

You are solely responsible for the legality of the IPTV sources, playlists, or credentials you add, and for complying with the terms of service of your chosen provider and with applicable law in your jurisdiction. If you believe that content accessible through a playlist added by a user infringes your rights, please contact the operator of that IPTV service directly — IPTLoVe does not host or control that content and has no ability to remove it.

IPTLoVe does not currently use any third-party analytics service to track your usage of the app. If we introduce analytics in the future to help us understand app performance and improve the product, we will update this Privacy Policy beforehand and, where required, request your consent.

IPTLoVe does not currently use a dedicated crash reporting service. If we introduce a crash reporting tool in the future to help us identify and fix bugs, we will update this Privacy Policy to name the service used and the data it processes.

IPTLoVe does not sell IPTV subscriptions, channels, or content of any kind. Any optional paid plan offered by IPTLoVe (for example, a future Premium subscription) relates solely to features of the IPTLoVe application itself, such as additional customization, sync, or convenience features.

Where paid plans are available, purchases are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or a third-party payment processor on our website. These platforms handle your payment details directly; IPTLoVe does not receive, process, or store your full card or payment account details.

Our website, iptlove.com, currently only uses cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for its operation. We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

If this changes in the future, we will update this section and, where required by law, request your consent through a cookie banner.

We may rely on a limited number of third-party service providers to operate the app and website, including:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers, to run our website and backend services.
• Authentication and database providers, to manage accounts and securely store your data.
• The movie and TV metadata provider TMDB, used solely to display artwork, titles, and descriptions for informational purposes — TMDB is not a source of streamable content and this use is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. TMDB provides metadata only; IPTLoVe does not stream or distribute content from TMDB.
• Apple App Store and Google Play Store, for app distribution and, where applicable, payment processing.

These providers only process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes, except as required by law.

We retain your account information, playlists, credentials, and settings for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize this data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain information for longer to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

If you use the app without creating an account, playlist and settings data may be stored locally on your device only, and remains under your control — for example, it is removed if you uninstall the app or clear its data.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information and to restrict access to personal data to what is necessary.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

IPTLoVe is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Your information may be stored and processed in countries other than the one in which you live, including countries that may have different data protection laws. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law, including the use of appropriate contractual safeguards where required.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with similar data protection laws, you have certain rights regarding your personal data, including the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Request restriction of, or object to, certain processing.
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, provide additional notice within the app or on our website.

We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of IPTLoVe after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
